The Dr. spent time to address my issues to my satisfaction.

Efficient care with kind concern for patient. Great visit.

Both Kim and Kimberly are amazing!!! From accommodating my last minute appointment to coordinate with my ENT appointment, greeting me and explaining the process , and actually taking the hearing test, I couldnu2019t ask for more. I will definitely recommend and use this hearing and audiology facility in the future!

Doctor McNicoll(sp) and office staff were pleasant and helpful. I was not expecting to go home with a trial pair of hearing aids so was a bit overwhelmed I did not have time to think about it. After couple days I am not convinced they are helping.

Kim is very professional and personable

I went there for a hearing evaluation and consultation. Kim and Dr.McNicholl are extremely nice and friendly. I called in the morning to see if they have any available appointment and Kim was able to schedule me right on the same day. At checkin, my health insurance didn't work but Kim kept trying for multiple times. In the end, my health insurance still didn't work but Kim told me ahead that this visit would be FREE of charge. The hearing test was smooth. Dr.McNicholl was very professional and made sure that I was aware of the process and knew the instructions. The results reviewing process was informative and smooth as well, and Dr. McNiocholl made suggestions and recommendations to my needs. Overall, this is a very good experience! Highly recommended if you need hearing assistance/advice!

Awesome service

Very friendly and accommodating. Receptionist filled out questioneer form as she asked questions, making the process quick and easy so appointment may focus on time with doctor instead of filling out paperwork. She even made me a coffee with the nice Keurig set up they have in the waiting room. Doctor was super nice, making instructions clear and the whole testing process comfortable and safe when entering the test room. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Such friendly service and very accommodating with appointments. They talk through the whole process of getting hearing aids and assist with getting financial assistance. Kim and Kim are amazing. I wonu2019t go anywhere else.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Heffron. Since she has been seeing him she has had no complaints, sheu2019s not asking you to repeat yourself. Her hearing has been great and I no longer have to repeat myself! Itu2019s been a win win! I also like that he took his time with her so that she was comfortable with it. I thought he seems like a good, professional doctor.

I know Craig personally. He is a stand up guy- good at heart. I would highly recommend my own mother to his practice because i know he cares. He will do his best to make sure the hearing is right.

First l would like to say I'm almost deaf my hearing is pitiful. Thanks to the good people at home hearing care patchogue, I'm hearing things l completely forgotten like water rushing thru pipes, the sound of leaves bouncing along the ground, birds chirping and so many more. The people at home hearing care patchogue made it all possible, these hearing aides are absolutely the best I've ever had. They met all my needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can hear clearly.

Dr. Craig H . Is the most dynamic , caring and professional person that Iu2019ve had the privilege of knowing in the longest time . He takes his time to explain everything in lamens terms so that all is understood when leaving his offices . It has been a blessing to have him as my specialist. I look forward to many years of his service .
