We were given complete information on the pros and cons of each hearing unit. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase and I feel my hearing exam was explained completely and professionally.

The audiologist took the time to explain in detail the results of my hearing test and that hearing aids would likely do little to improve my hearing at this time. I appreciated his candid professional opinion and will be back for a regular check-up in a couple years.

I couldnu2019t expect more of Neal. He goes above and beyond. He helped me to gain access to loop systems as well as figure out how to lessen crinkle noises while maintaining speech clarity. He answers and explains all my questions with knowledge and patience. Iu2019m happy I got my aids through Empire Audiology.

Staff and Dr Senglaub were very down to earth, helpful, and friendly. Prices were so so much less than my previous audiologist. I feel the Dr took time with me. He was not afraid to get off coarse a bit and chat which made me feel very welcome and at ease. He explained and showed me everything I needed to know about my new hearing aids. He listened to my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not want or that I had already had and unable to wear. I felt the experience was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be.I give this office 5 stars! today is only my second day wearing them but the silk hearing aides feel like nothing in my ears. So far, I am loving them! Thank you and I highly recommend this office for any hearing issues.

My 83 year old father was in from out of town and his hearing aid broke. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They werenu2019t able to fix it in the office, so they shipped it back to the manufacturer to be repaired, and arranged for it to ship to my father in Florida upon his return. So great to get personalized attention even when he was not their patient. Thank you!!!

These folks really came through for us when we needed an emergency charge on my mother-in-lawu2019s hearing aides. She was visiting from out of town and forgot her charger. With great professionalism and cheerful customer service, they charged us up at no charged. Cleaned them too. Such a great doctor Neil and staff!!

I was given an in depth account of the hearing aid and explanation of cost and payment plans. I was impressed by Neal's explanations to my questions and surprised at the quality of word clarity instead of loud noise in my hearing when trying them. The cost is a drawback for a senior living alone on limited income. Do you offer a free daily trail without a penalty.?? I'd like to be sure they would work for me throughout a days activities before investing a lot of money. Thank you, Sue

I do love this office and staff, even though I drive an hour to address all my mothers' hearing aid needs and issues. Neil goes above and beyond each visit, even answering my questions regarding my own aids(i am not a customer). Highly recommend this place.

Emily greeted me very graciously, informed me that it would be just a few minutes wait. Neal then announced that he was ready for me to enter his office. Hearing aids were cleaned and connected to his computer. Adjustments were not required and our session was completed. Top notch service!

This place is very professional and wonderful. Neal and the office staff are very kind and helpful. Neal is very knowledgeable as well as personable. Very easy to work with on my hearing aid needs. They take the time to answer questions and chat with you about different options that work best for you without the feeling of being rushed through the appointment or not being heard that you may find in other bigger offices/ hearing centers.

Neal and the office staff and very helpful and knowledgeable. They are small enough that it is easy to get an appointment but large enough to have good business hours and the latest technology . I love my hearing aids and wished I had gotten them sooner. I am only 60 yrs old so on the "young" side of the customer base but having the hearing aids has greatly enhanced my life. No need to hesitate, give them a call!
