My wire pulled out the day before my appointment. Total time for repair was under 10 minutes. I was given my 1/2 year hearing test exam add in a cleaning. Total time was under a half-hour. I wasn't in a hurry besides. Lobby was empty until I was heading to the exam room.

Lisa is always careful and thorough in her treatment of my health and hearing.

These guys are great! I wanted the hearing aids that went all the way into my ears. We tried them but it felt like I had cotton in my ears. Lisa figured that the hole needed to pick up the sound was being blocked by my ear canal. Why? Because I have the tiniest twistiest ear canals! Who knew? So, we went to the over the ear kind and theyu2019re great!! I can hear everything and their color is identical to my hair color so they are barely noticeable! If youu2019re looking for a place to get quality hearing aids, that is very flexible when scheduling appointments and has a very knowledgeable, caring staff, Empire Audiology is the place to go!

Started using this location recently because the the private practice they purchased and merged with was further away. The Liverpool staff are professional and hard working. The parent organization is a typical corporate cube-farm where employees are expected to check their brains at the door. Too bad! Never again!
