I had a wonderful office visit coming though the door Jenifer the office receptionist was very welcoming to me . Dr. Kate does an extremely very thorough Ear Exam.

I received 4 phone calls reminding me of my appointment. I don't think that was necessary. Maybe your call center should let the local office handle that. Otherwise I had a Very good experience.

After a search for a qualified audiologist, I was told about Empire Hearing. This was the single best place that I had been to. Dr. Kate in the Elmira NY office was the most thorough audiologist that I have seen. Her knowledge and professionalism was top notch! The price on my Phonak L90 hearing aids was extremely competitive. All around great experience from the receptionist to the testing/fitting. Thanks to the entire staff!

Dr. Kate was very thorough and gave tips on several thing I'd been experiencing. Hope we can keep consistent fulltime presence at this location--both audiologist and receptionist.

My daughter was recently diagnosed with Auditory Processing Disorder. Dr. Katelyn was such a great help with getting my daughter the right hearing aides . Dr. Katelynu2019s knowledge and her expertise of APD had a positive impact at my daughters IEP meeting. We couldnu2019t be more thankful and happy with her continuing services.

Dr. Katelyn is just the best. I had lost almost all hearing in one ear and had lived with that for many years. Dr.Katelyn hooked me up with what's called a cross. This unit picks up all sounds on that side and transmits those to the aid in my other ear. I have missed so much over the years and she gave that back to me. I had one small detail with fit and she took care of that on the spot. Very happy to have used Empire hearing!

Kelie and everyone are very professional. They helped us get new hearing aids for ones that got lost in a rehabilitation center. They expedited them and we had them in a timely manner.

Eric, Dr. Lou, and Kelie are very friendly and considerate of my hearing needs. Eric & Dr.Lou had to go above and beyond for my left ear to have the aid properly sized and i am so pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Empire Hearing.

Lou was great! He took the time to explain how we (the ones NOT wearing the hearing aids) need to interact with the one who is hearing impaired. It has really helped with the frustration level on both sides!

The whole experience was great except that I asked ahead of time if they participated with my insurance and didnu2019t get an answer. I didnu2019t insist ahead of time on the answer and I didnu2019t find out till after that they did not participate with my insurance. Other than that, they were very good to work with.

Wow! I will recommend this place to anyone asking about hearing aids. Eric and Kelie go above and beyond to meet your needs. I have been wearing hearing aids for several years. I have finally found a company who makes my life more enjoyable being able to hear.

I went to the Elmira Hearing Aid Center in January. I had hearing aids from another place that I'd worn for over 4 years. The hearing test from Adrienne was the most comprehensive I'd ever had. I can't say enough good things about her or the Elmira Hearing Aid Center. I got new hearing aids and am now hearing better than I have in years! She and Sarah are great. I highly recommend going there. Your hearing will be fantastic!!

I was referred to Elmira Hearing Aid Center by my insurance provider. Adrienne and Sarah helped me extensively during my initial appointment and, after the selection of my hearing aids, with follow-ups. I was amazed by how hearing aid technology has advanced drastically in just the last decade. Despite my unwillingness to embrace this new way of life, they were very patient and helped me work through and resolve minor issues affecting me. I can now listen to audiobooks and stream music through the built-in Bluetooth capability of the hearing aids, and the sound quality is very good. I also observed them being extremely patient and helpful with other clients. I could not be happier.
