Response to COVID 19

On behalf of everyone at Empire Hearing & Audiology, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19.

Since the virus began to spread in the United States, Empire Hearing & Audiology, in its association with the Alpaca Audiology network of clinics, has been a leader in implementing procedures and preventive measures to minimize transmission of illness. Alpaca Audiology continues to monitor the COVID situation closely and to comply with the latest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

Every Empire Hearing & Audiology clinic is open for in-person patient appointments. Audiologists and support staff are ready to assist you during normal business hours in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Curbside services and telemedicine appointments are still available for patients who prefer to be seen virtually.

Our objective is to protect the health and well-being of our community, staff, and patients, while still providing the highest quality care to those who need it most. Your hearing health continues to be our top priority.

Remember, if you’re experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, including cough and fever, please stay home; we will be glad to reschedule your visit for when you’re feeling better.
