What a great office, I had tried for a couple of years with the OTC, cheeper models, what a mistake. Thank goodness for the Staff and for the time they took to explain everything. Looking forward to the next step!!!

The whole process start to finish was very simple and professional

1 and done, made an appointment had my test, and received my hearing aids the same day. I'm so happy with my hearing aids my tinnitus is gone, and I can hear again I wish I could give over 100% rating for the service I received from the moment I arrived until I left thank you I'll be hearing you :)

I can't say enough about the customer service at Empire Hearing. The audiologists go out of their way to be sure you have the proper hearing device. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The receptionist is also friendly and quick to accommodate your needs.

I am on my second pair of hearing aids..I chose Phonac and I am not disappointedu2026they are wonderfulu2026no back ground noise all is clear as a bell..I recommend them..yu will be pleased. The people at Empire are knowledgeable and courteous.. I am very happy!

Hearing checkup! Great test! Found I have 40% hearing in my left ear and a bit more in my right. I decided to get new hearing aids for both ears. I can't believe the difference! My hearing was 100% with the new ones. The hearing aids are color coded and are chargeable! I'm having a good time with the new hearing aids! The app that works with hearing aids is very nice! I set them up for audio for phone calls and for Pandora music when I walk! The people at Empire were wonderful! They are all very nice and knowledgeable. A great place to do business!! u2665ufe0f

I have been a client here for 20 years working with Wendy. I have never had a bad experience. She is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When I had a problem with my hearing aid last week I met with Rebecca. She is also very knowledgeable and considerate. The time she spent with me was invaluable. I would highly recommend this facility.

An updated hearing test showed no change. The cleaning & checking over of the the hearing aids was performed quickly & efficiently by Rebecca.

The audiologists are excellent and very easy to work with. I recommend the excellent service provided.. I only wish I could regain all the hearing I have lost. Donu2019t wait, get your hearing checked as soon as you notice a change. The new hearing aids are amazing and cannot be seen like the original old cumbersome aids.

Always professional service.

Everyone was very polite and friendly my only complaint would be that Len suggested I would get Alzheimers because of my hearing loss. No one showed me a hearing aid or told me about prices. Also my husband was checked at the same time and no one discussed his hearing loss.
